During a routine driver and vehicle check in Niederneukirchen in the Linz Land district, the officers caught a 26-year-old man from Linz. He seemed strange to the officers. In addition to symptoms of impairment, they could also clearly smell: the man must have consumed cannabis.
An alcohol test was negative – the driver agreed to a voluntary rapid drug test. He tried to pass on fake urine that he had brought with him to the St. Florian police station. However, what the officers noticed. A rapid drug test carried out again was positive. A medical officer determined that the man was unfit to drive. It is shown multiple times.
