The start of the new year is celebrated with lively music not only in the Vienna Musikverein – the PhilharmonieInnRied’s New Year’s concert in Ried’s Jahnturnhalle also offers a fine program. On Monday, January 1st, the renowned orchestra will play from 3 p.m.
The PhilharmonieInnRied orchestra and its conductor Marc Reibel – he is a conductor at the Linz Music Theater – brings classical Viennese light music to the Innviertel. With works from the Strauss dynasty and many other catchy tunes, the dynamic musicians take visitors on a musical journey to classical Vienna during the imperial era. The moderator, Hans Peter Hochhold, has a proven voice and leads through the program in his charming way.
