Today, Goldringon whom precautionary measures were already in force, was charged with misappropriation, after Money Laundering prosecutor, Enrique Rodríguezrequested his indictment for the damage of more than 100 million dollars that belonged to his clients.
Finally, the judge did not grant the prosecutor’s request for house arrest for the accused. Rodriguezbut he had other precautionary measures, such as the impossibility of her leaving the country, the delivery of her documents, and the appearance once a week to sign in court.
