A 40-year-old Romanian driver was traveling on the A8 with his wife and child when he noticed a car at around 12:20 p.m. due to his conspicuous and aggressive driving style. He later told the police that he was “followed” for around 20 kilometers.
On the A25, the other driver is said to have repeatedly provoked the 40-year-old. In slow traffic, the other driver overtook several times on the right until he was able to squeeze in front of the 40-year-old’s car. Then the unknown man is said to have deliberately slowed down the 40-year-old and changed lanes several times, making overtaking impossible.
Suddenly another car appeared, the driver overtook on the right, gesticulated wildly and, together with the other aggressive driver, virtually “surrounded” the 40-year-old and his family, says Barbara Riedl from the state police headquarters. The three vehicles came to a standstill in slow traffic on the right and left lanes.
