The Hydrographic Service reported on Saturday morning that the “advance information” alert level had been triggered. The heavy rains of the past two days led to rising water levels in all bodies of water in Upper Austria. Further rainfall is forecast for today, with a focus on the Salzkammergut, the Pyhrn-Eisenwurzen region and the Mühlviertel. Small bodies of water can cause small-scale flooding across the country.
