The girl lost control of the skis while turning to the right and went into a drag path where the child collided with the tree. Another skier immediately provided first aid and started the rescue chain. As a result, the ten-year-old was flown to hospital with unspecified injuries after initial treatment.
According to the police, the accident occurred around 3:45 p.m. on an exit towards Kirchberg. The ten-year-old from Germany was traveling with her parents.
