At around 8 p.m. on December 26th, the 37-year-old from Ebensee was driving her car on the main road in Ebensee towards Bad Ischl. At the intersection of Traunbrücke Hauptstrasse and Bahnhofstrasse she wanted to turn left onto Bahnhofstrasse. A still unknown woman drove into the intersection at high speed from Ischlerstrasse in an Audi A3 or A4 with a Gmundner license plate. According to initial information, she ignored the stop sign.
There was a collision in which the 37-year-old was slightly injured and had to be treated in hospital. The still unknown driver fled in her car towards the main street.
The Ebensee police are asking for information about the unknown driver by calling 059133 4104.
