Between October 1st and November 30th, 2023, unknown perpetrators stole a total of four traffic signs in Dimbach (speed limits of 30 km/h and 60 km/h, two signs each) along with metal brackets along Riegelhofstrasse. On the night of December 16-17, 2023, about 25 snow poles were damaged on the same road.
In addition, a wooden community coat of arms including a standpipe was stolen in the fall of 2023, and a sign from the partner community in front of the Dimbach market town office was torn out or stolen. The exact property damage is still unknown, but it is estimated that the amount is in the four-digit range. The police are investigating and asking for information.
