A 48-year-old woman had a guardian angel with her on Epiphany while driving from Göstling an der Ybbs to Lunz am See: The local woman had lost control of her red Renault on the B25 for reasons that are still unclear and had veered off the road to the right . The car crashed into three snow poles, which were torn away by the force of the impact.
Missed by a few centimeters
Two of the snow poles pierced the windshield and dug into the interior of the car. One of the two snow bars penetrated into the footwell on the driver’s side. According to police, she only missed the 48-year-old by a few centimeters. The woman escaped with minor injuries and a lot of shock, officials said on Saturday afternoon.
