According to ORF, the man was working alone with a circular saw and cutting wooden panels when his hand got caught in the saw blade. Although he was wearing gloves during the accident, the saw blade still severed three of his fingers and also injured the thumb of the affected hand. The man was taken to the Linz accident hospital.
