The promoted homes set a new record with 205 projects in 2023

This is the third consecutive annual increase in the number of initiatives presented to construct buildings under this regime. What benefits does the promoted housing system have?

The Promoted Housing law was created in 2012 to facilitate access to housing, purchase or rental, for middle and lower middle income sectors. The program promotes private investment in social housing through the allocation of tax exemptions.

The system grants, in turn, benefits for 10 years to the builder and the investor as exemptions from the VATthe Wealth Tax, the Personal income tax (Personal Income Tax) and IRAE (Tax on Income from Economic Activities).
