Signa continues to fall apart: After Signa Real Estate Management went bankrupt on Monday, its subsidiary Signa Hospitality filed for bankruptcy on Wednesday. Bankruptcy proceedings were opened via Signa REM Transactions.
Two employees and twelve creditors or around 25 employees and 41 creditors are affected. Signa Hospitality was responsible for real estate and hotel projects, Signa REM Transactions was a service company for Signa companies.
Signa Holding’s continuation is likely to be secured for the time being. According to the liquidator, two million euros of the three million euros promised by Rene Benko were called up and paid.
