It is a media tsunami that spills over a small elementary school in the Mühlviertel after a teacher was dismissed without notice because she works part-time as a kind of “love coach” for older people on social networks under the title “Orgasm Pope”. .

The director of the elementary school says he now receives “hate mail” every day. The headmaster emphasizes that the dismissal was not announced by him, but by the Upper Austrian Education Directorate. The roles are now clearly distributed in the media: here the “evil” school system and there the “poor” dismissed teacher. “But there is also a second side.”

“There were a few staff discussions with Ms. R. in the fall due to parental complaints. It was about her behavior towards parents and children and the way she taught,” says the headmaster. He wasn’t allowed to be more specific. Just this much: the employee interviews are documented and on the parents’ side, “no one is upset that she was fired.”

The judiciary is likely to have the last word in the matter anyway. The teacher’s lawyer wants to challenge the dismissal in court.
