With around 20,000 apartments, GWG is the largest housing provider in Linz. A new resident service has been available to tenants since yesterday. The centerpiece is a new “first-level support”. All concerns relating to property management are received and processed immediately by calling 0732/7613-7000. If there are a lot of customer inquiries, there is an automatic callback function called an “electronic waiting room”.
Expedited customer support
The collective telephone number 0732/7613-7700 has been set up for apartment owners. “Technical solutions such as automatic switching and the “electronic waiting room” ensure simplified and accelerated customer service,” say the two GWG managing directors Nikolaus Stadler and Wolfgang Steiger.
A GWG customer app is also being prepared. By introducing a personal customer account, you can, for example, independently view the operating cost statement, update data and receive specific offers.
