It is incompatible with the public image of a primary school teacher that educator Monika R. works part-time as a motivational speaker and helps older people’s sex lives and presents herself on social networks “Orgasm popess” designated. The media at home and abroad are discussing the dismissal of the 47-year-old, who gave sports lessons and special education classes in the Mühlviertel.

The pseudonym “Orgasm popess” be one “creative discovery”says Arthofer. But neither an orgasm nor a Pope is anything reprehensible. The breach of official duties was not apparent to his client in the present case. “Of course, teachers have a role model effect, but the limit for a breach of service law is private life”says the lawyer. Arthofer also assumes that the dismissal “expired” because a dismissal must always be announced immediately after the suspected reasons become known, which did not happen in this specific case.
The director of the elementary school attaches importance to the statement that it was not he who ordered the dismissal, but the education directorate. He gets “Hate mail”says the headmaster. The working relationship with his ex-colleague was not untroubled: “There were complaints from parents about her behavior towards parents and children, about the way she taught”says the director. He wasn’t allowed to say anything more about it.
