This loss is really bitter for Bundesliga soccer team LASK: Rene Renner will probably be out for the rest of the season.
The left-back has already missed the training camp due to knee problems, but it is now clear: Renner will have to undergo an operation on the patellar tendon tomorrow.
“Unfortunately Rene has to have an operation, which is of course really bitter,” LASK sports director Radovan Vujanovic confirmed the failure when asked by OÖN.
