The declared goal of Felix Familia is to bring family-friendly initiatives to the fore. How many great projects there are – large and small – can be seen once again in this year’s call for proposals, which this year is aimed at companies in Upper Austria.
Numerous companies have already applied for the prize advertised by OÖN and the state. This includes, among others, the Oberbank, which has built a company-owned playroom called “Kikis Nest” that plays “everything”. The employees’ children can let off steam in the Linz headquarters on more than 600 square meters of indoor and outdoor space. Family- and climate-friendly measures have been on the agenda at the tax consulting firm Raml and Partner for years.
The offer is extensive – and some of it is even unusual: In addition to the possibility of flexible working hours, a tree is planted for every employee. E-scooters in Linz and an e-charging station in Rohrbach are available for the teams – and the honey comes from beehives on the roof. (had)
