“My ADHD makes me who I am, so I’ve learned to treat it like a superpower,” the 42-year-old former It Girl told Corriere della Sera. “The attention disorder has unlocked a lot of creativity in her and helped her to be successful in all areas of her life.
In her autobiography “Paris: My Life,” which will be published this summer, Hilton describes, among other things, her life with ADHD. A doctor once told her that the brain with ADHD is like a Ferrari with bicycle brakes. “Powerful but difficult to control.” But in her own words, this is exactly what helps her in managing her company and in her role as a wife and mother.

“Motherhood changed my life”
Motherhood in particular changed her life, Hilton continued to tell the “Corriere della Sera”: “I was able to bring my fairy tale to an end.” She and her husband Carter Reum couldn’t be happier with their children Phoenix Barron and London Marilyn.
