The listed Swedish-Chinese car manufacturer Polestar, a joint venture between Volvo and Volvo owner Geely, is working on the operating system with the US software giant Google. Now new functions for the Android-based operating system were presented at the CES in Las Vegas.
A new feature, available now, allows drivers to plan routes on their Android or iOS device and then send the selected route to Polestar 2’s built-in Google Maps.
Secondly, the Chrome browser is now being rolled out for the Polestar 2. It offers a familiar and user-friendly surfing experience – in the parked vehicle.
