The School of Health and Nursing at the Freistadt Clinic invites you to an open day on Friday, February 9th from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Trainees and teachers present the diverse training offerings and give visitors insights into school life. Those interested not only get to know the school’s premises on a tour, they can also experience practical training content, such as checking vital signs, taking blood samples or measuring blood sugar, up close.
In order to have the best possible financial security when starting nursing training, representatives from the employment service and the ALIS Foundation are also present for personal consultations. Site manager Annemarie Doppler says: “For two years we have been in the fortunate position of being able to offer nursing training to the nursing starters after they have completed compulsory school, which makes access to a health or social profession much easier.” The need for qualified nursing staff is constantly increasing. Anyone who decides to train in nursing is choosing a career with a future. The health and nursing school in Freistadt makes a significant contribution to meeting the future need for highly qualified nursing staff in the region.
The flexible part-time models during training as well as the attractive childcare options make it possible to combine family and training.
