For the second time in a row, the “Curhaus” Bad Kreuzen was awarded the “Top Company Seal” by the employer platform Kununu. The nomination is based on reviews submitted by employees on the independent platform.
“With a rating of 4.6 out of 5 stars and a recommendation of 95 percent, we are among the best-rated small and medium-sized companies in Austria in the health/social/care sector. This makes us extremely happy and motivates us,” says Friedrich Kaindlstorfer, operations manager at Curhaus Bad Kreuzen and managing director of Marienistern GmbH. It is an important corporate goal to offer employees a home in which they can develop in the best possible way.
What was particularly highlighted among the employee reviews was good communication with each other and with management, appreciation and respect, good opportunities for further training, a pleasant working atmosphere and a diverse range of tasks. Kaindlstorfer: “We are grateful and proud that the atmosphere in the team is so good. The satisfaction of the employees is also reflected in the satisfaction of the guests.”
