One becomes two: In addition to the cargo bike rental station on Leonding’s town square, there is now also one in front of the district office on the Harter Plateau. This is made possible with the “Hausrad” research project, which offers a modern family-friendly Bullit e-transport bike with seats for two children to rent.

The battery, key and charger can be found in the rental box, which can be opened via smartphone after making the reservation online at radverteiler.at. The cargo bike can transport up to 180 kilograms (including the rider’s weight), and the range of the battery is around 70 kilometers, depending on the riding style and load. The bike can be reserved and used around the clock and the service is free.
The project is scientifically supported with a survey – vouchers are raffled off among the participants.
