The vaccination management for old people in the residential and nursing homes of the city of Steyr was strengthened yesterday by the prescribed records. Before the budget debate, Mayor Markus Vogl (SP) read out the official facts and answers to a “current hour” that the FP had introduced on the subject of “Corona”. Accordingly, on November 25th, of the total of 345 residents of the three old people’s and nursing homes in the city, 18 fell ill with Covid-19 and nine people among the staff of 338 employees were infected.
At the municipal companies, five of 112 employees were on sick leave and quarantine due to Covid-19. Among the kindergarten staff, 15 out of 137 people fell ill. The number of vaccine breakthroughs that day indicated that the vaccine was extremely effective. Of the 685 Covid 19 patients known that day, the vast majority of 470 people had not been vaccinated. Of the 215 vaccination breakthroughs, only 23 people had already received the third sting, although the period for the “boost” should not have been enough.
