He repeatedly beat, insulted, threatened, tortured, locked up and coerced his wife, three daughters and son, ”says Ebner. There are countless attacks. According to Ebner, there have been violent attacks with iron bars and screwdrivers. “He determined family life through violence for many years,” says Ebner.
The defense attorney, in turn, emphasized that his client has so far been innocent and by no means only has bad sides. At the beginning of his questioning, the defendant stated that he would partly answer confessingly. “I apologize for making a mistake,” said the 50-year-old, who was arrested in May 2021. He just slapped and shoved the face. He did not hit his family with his fist or objects, according to the defendant at the beginning of the questioning by the presiding judge Leonie Paischer.
The renowned psychiatrist Adelheid Kastner is invited as a reviewer. According to Ebner, this came to the conclusion that the 50-year-old was a dangerous, narcissistic and dominance-oriented, but responsible and guilty man. There is a very high probability that he will be assaulted again if he is left at large. For this reason, the court will also decide whether to detain you in an institution for mentally abnormal law breakers.
