Peter Vogl from the law firm Puttinger Vogl, which specializes in commercial law, was a football official at SV Ried for many years and even managing director at Red Bull Salzburg. He has now succeeded in a “lawyer transfer”: Vogl brought the internationally experienced corporate law expert Moritz Salzgeber into the team of 15 lawyers at the beginning of January.
For the 35-year-old Salzgeber, the move to the largest law firm in the Innviertel with offices in Ried and Salzburg is a return to home. He grew up in Andorf and graduated in Schärding. Salzgeber’s professional career took him through renowned commercial law firms such as Binder Grösswang in Vienna to Kirkland & Ellis in New York.
With Moritz Salzgeber, Puttinger Vogl not only wants to expand its position as the Innviertel’s leading commercial law firm, “but also expand it with special international expertise,” says law firm partner Peter Vogl, who, in addition to his work for Red Bull, is also on the supervisory board of Fischer, Tilo, Löffler , Optimo and other Innviertel companies.
From now on, Salzgeber will handle the areas of corporate, real estate, reorganization and transaction law (M&A) at Puttinger Vogl. He also advises on general (business-related) civil law and contract creation. In addition to his legal work, the Andorf resident also works as a lecturer and author of specialist publications.
