The man was convicted of negligent homicide and bodily harm. He was granted general mitigating circumstances because he had agreed to a quick trial with the judiciary, as the media reported on Wednesday.
Four other people were sitting in the Lamborghini with the man at the time of the accident. They are suspected of having been filming a video for a challenge at the time of the accident.
The accident occurred in Casal Palocco, south of the Italian capital. As a result, there was a heated debate in Italy about dangerous challenges in digital social networks.
