After the incident on January 30th, the suspects were identified. According to a report by the “Bezirksrundschau” the three boys are known to the police. They are said to have met at one of the three’s homes and drank alcohol. After they discovered the tomcat in the stairwell, animal cruelty ensued. After the crime, the three suspects are said to have dumped the lifeless animal in a nearby forest.
