With this year’s 71st Police Ball next Monday, February 12th, the Brazilian joy of life and passionate temperament will move into the Brucknerhaus: with capoeira, exotic rhythms and the magnificent costumes of the samba dancers, the group will bring you “Samba Shows Austria” the carnival from Rio de Janeiro to Linz from 11.15 p.m.
Before that, at 8 p.m., the course participants from SIAK – the training center of the Upper Austrian Security Executive – will demonstrate their talent on the dance floor with a choreography by dance school director Alexander Kreissl. The opening will be accompanied musically by the Police Music of Upper Austria. Support on the dance floor is also provided by varied music from PTO Linz and Nightfever, as well as rock’n’roll and boogie sounds from Pianofrizz and Friends.
Tickets for the 71st Police Ball are in Bruckner House and at Ö-Ticket sales points as well as on-line available.
