The city of Steyr wants to invest more than one million euros in the renovation of streets. Specifically, work is planned in Mittelstrasse, in Resthofstrasse, in Hilberstrasse, at Gmainplatz, in Trude-Payer-Strasse, in Sudetenstrasse, at the connection between Schaftgasse and Werndlgasse as well as in Willi-Frank-Strasse and Willi- Gruber Street. The city senate asked the local council to release around 1.1 million euros for this asphalting work.
The two side streets Hasenrathstrasse and Haidershofner Strasse are also to be renovated. The city senate is requesting the release of around 580,000 euros for the stabilization work.
