Due to mysterious transfers, the businessman filed a complaint in July 2023, and investigators from the Urfahr-Umwelt district police command and the Hellmonsödt police station have now been able to convict the suspected fraudster. He does not admit that when the Linz resident searched for an apartment, suspicious files with child pornographic content were discovered.

Investigations revealed that the entire amount in this “wallet” had been withdrawn in several transactions. The man from Linz probably sold the Bitcoins, transferred the funds to his account and exchanged the Bitcoin wallet in the office for another model. After extensive investigations, it was proven that the 32-year-old had stolen all of the Bitcoins. He probably used the stolen money to finance his luxurious lifestyle.
