Alternative for Germany, the far-right party
AfD is a very important far-right party that manages to collect around 23% of the votes. In addition, it is the second most popular force at the national level, after the Christian Democratic Union (CDU)with an openly racist, anti-immigration and anti-European speech.
Protests against the party broke out after the research center Correctiv revealed about a meeting of right-wing extremists. As it turned out, the meeting was held to discuss, in the event of joining the Government, the deportation of all those immigrants, refugees, asylum seekers and even Germans with migratory roots, that is, children of foreigners born in Germany.
Because of this, in Berlin, Homburg, Eisenach and other German cities hundreds of people gathered in various demonstrations to demonstrate against the rise of far-right movements.
