Sandra Lindinger (People & Culture Manager) and IT Manager Manuel Peirleitner accepted the “Family and Work” award in Vienna. “The balance between family and work has always been a top priority for us. As a manufacturing company, the equality of our employees from different departments is a major concern for us,” says Lindinger. There are flexible work and parental leave solutions and non-hierarchical working groups in which the respective company departments continually discuss, develop and implement ideas and wishes. The family business had already been awarded the certificate in 2014.
