The meeting point “people & work” is located in the middle of Steyr at Michaelerplatz 4a and is a place for encounters, community, celebration and working together. An important pillar is the volunteer team, which plays a key role in determining the content.
Anniversary celebration in the museum
On Thursday, February 29th, this anniversary will be celebrated in style at the Working World Museum. The event starts at 7 p.m “Democracy, a question of faith”. In addition to Linz Bishop Manfred Scheuer, Anna Wall-Strasser, chairwoman of the Austrian Catholic Workers’ Movement, has confirmed her participation. After keynote speeches by the two professors Regina Polak and Severin Renoldner, a panel discussion will follow with city councilor Katrin Auer and Michaela Pröstler-Zopf, head of the working world and meeting spaces department. Afterwards, in the cozy part of the anniversary, there will be time for conversation with birthday cake and snacks.
