The weather report for Upper Austria next week offers a colorful mix: “In principle, everything is there,” says meteorologist Josef Haslhofer from Geosphere Austria. “The holidays won’t be wonderful, but you definitely won’t have to sit in the living room for a week.”

In the afternoon the focus of precipitation shifts to the southern mountains; in the Mühlviertel and the lowlands the cloud cover may loosen up occasionally. The maximum temperatures are 7 to 11 degrees, but it will feel significantly cooler due to wind peaks of up to 60 km/h.
