The articulated bus drove into a parked car and finally into the pillar of a house. A passenger and a pedestrian were slightly injured in the accident, police reported. The 45-year-old trainee bus driver had lost control of the vehicle.
The woman drove into the unoccupied car after a colleague pointed out that she had made a wrong turn. This was pushed onto the sidewalk and the pedestrian was hit by the vehicle. The bus finally came to a stop in front of a café.
The two injured people were taken to Dornbirn Hospital by ambulance. There was significant material damage.
