Now it’s halftime in the country’s biggest stock market game, which lasts until March 20th. There are already more than 9,000 participants. And you can get started at any time at oon-boersespiel.at.

The 22nd OÖN stock market game takes place in an exciting environment: How quickly will inflation decline? What’s next for economic growth? When will central banks cut interest rates?

Selected stocks from the following indices are available: ATX, DAX, TecDAX, Euro Stoxx 50, SMI, Dow Jones Industrial and Nasdaq 100. Funds, ETFs and certificates can also be traded.

In the stock market game, participants learn about the world of international financial markets and their mechanisms. Whoever achieved the highest profit at the end through smart and foresighted buying and selling of securities can call themselves the winner. • The main prize of the stock market game is a brand new car – a Suzuki Swift Hybrid clear worth 16,990 euros, provided by Kepler-Fonds KAG and Auto Günther. Second place will receive Raiffeisen certificate vouchers and a wellness holiday, third place will receive funds from Schroders and a concert and dinner evening in the Brucknerhaus, fourth place will receive Reisewelt vouchers and fifth place will receive Linzer City shopping vouchers.
• The main prize for students is an e-bike Hrinkow E-Force FS Shimano worth 5249 euros, provided by OÖNachrichten. The second place winner will receive a MacBook Air 13 and the third place winner will receive an iPad 8.
• The best school class can travel to a LASK home game in the Raiffeisen Arena including meals worth 2,000 euros. For second place there is a private cinema screening including snacks in the Star Movie, and for third place there is a school jump in the Jump Dome Linz.
• A weekly ranking is new. The weekly winners will receive Kepler fund vouchers worth 500 euros each. The weekly winner is chosen eight times. There have already been four winners so far.
