At around 10 p.m., a police patrol noticed a car driving abnormally in the Mattighofen urban area, which is why it was stopped for a check.

The driver, a 26-year-old from the Braunau district, was unable to produce a driver’s license. It turned out that he never had a valid driving license. Since symptoms of impairment were also noticeable, an alcohol test was carried out, which was negative. A rapid drug test was positive, which is why he was asked to undergo a clinical examination and taken to the police station. When the doctor arrived, he went outside to make a phone call and suddenly ran away.

He is reported several times, including for refusing to undergo a clinical examination. He left his vehicle to his brother – he is also reported because he did not have a valid driving license.
