The taxi driver called the police after midnight because the woman didn’t want to pay for the 20 euro ride. He also stated that her dog bit him on the shoulder while driving. He was not injured as a result.
In the meantime, the woman had gone onto someone else’s property with her four-legged friend. “Due to the aggressiveness of the dog and the woman’s heavy intoxication, contact and a constructive conversation were not possible,” the police said. A police dog handler finally managed to accompany the Villach woman and her leashed dog to their nearby apartment. On the way there, however, the officer was bitten and injured by the terrier. The police officer was treated at the Villach LKH.
