Pregartner Lions venture out to New Years concert

Breathe a sigh of relief at the Pregarten Aisttal Lions Club: The current Corona regulations make it possible to bring joy to the people in the region right at the start of the new year. The traditional New Year’s concert with the Salzburg Philharmonic with chief conductor Elisabeth Fuchs can take place on January 5th in the Bruckmühle Pregarten on the occasion of the club’s tenth birthday.

Andrea Schaufler, President of the Pregarten Aisttal Lions Club, is relieved by the authority’s approval: “This way, after a challenging year, we can give people joy right at the beginning of the year, with music of the highest quality.” Above all, it is possible to offer tickets for this concert event as a Christmas present. The Lions Club accepts ticket orders in the categories of 49 or 44 euros via www.bruckmuehle.at and by telephone (07236 2570).

“We take responsible care of all Corona requirements. And we will also be able to offer drinks and a small snack at tables during the break so that nothing stands in the way of a perfect concert evening,” says Andrea Schaufler. The net proceeds from the concert are intended to help socially needy people out of their plight.

The Philharmonie Salzburg was founded in 1998 by the conductor Elisabeth Fuchs and has played its way into the hearts of an international audience right from the start with outstanding interpretations, extraordinary programming and passionate music-making.
