It has now become a tradition for the OÖNachrichten and its readers: On the occasion of today’s International Women’s Day, the Promenade Galleries in Linz will be a place where women can exchange ideas, get information and be pampered for the sixth time. This year the program is once again as diverse as the lives of women. It’s about psychology, different models of life, economics, fashion, culture and cuisine.
From 12.30 p.m. to 6 p.m., experts and prominent Upper Austrians will speak on the OÖN Forum stage about what drives and moves women. Psychotherapist Silvia Dirnberger-Puchner starts with five valuable tips for a happy and fulfilling life. Four women who have made a big name for themselves through hard work and passion talk about their personal journey there: presenter Silvia Schneider, model Victoria Karner, food blogger Anita Moser and columnist Christine Haiden.
Success has even more faces: “Women lead differently” is the motto of a discussion group made up of female bosses from different industries. The topic of sexuality is also not neglected: experts from the health sector explain why love can be a fountain of youth during menopause. Stylist Martina Rieder-Thurn and make-up artist Andrea Lehner show how women can shine from the outside. The seminar farmers from the Chamber of Agriculture provide some reinforcement.
