An 18-year-old Afghan man had inflicted several stab wounds on his upper body with a knife. The 19-year-old was taken to the Graz Regional Hospital, where he had to undergo surgery. The 18-year-old was arrested without resistance and was taken to the Graz-Jakomini prison, the police said.
