The two collided at a traffic light and then began overtaking and braking each other. At the so-called Sternberg, the driver overtook the biker on the right over an acceleration lane, cut him to the left and probably slowed him down again. This caused the 50-year-old to fall. Witnesses provided first aid until rescue and emergency medical services arrived. The biker was taken to the Wels-Grieskirchen Clinic. Investigations are ongoing.
