Due to the strike by the German train drivers’ union GDL, ÖBB trains to and from Germany can only run to a limited extent until 2 a.m. on Wednesday, according to the website. However, ÖBB long-distance trains via the Deutsche Eck between Salzburg and Kufstein run as scheduled.

The strike by the GDL train drivers’ union has led to significant restrictions for passengers on Deutsche Bahn’s long-distance, regional and S-Bahn services since the early hours of the morning.
