In that sense, he assured that these types of complaints “attack democracy.” “At first it seemed like a minor lie, but it is something more serious. The alleged victim, a 42-year-old trans woman, also filed a complaint, in which she narrated the alleged act of violence that occurred ten years ago, with the Montevideo police.
