Catfish: Smashed window with fire extinguisher to help unconscious person

The 76-year-old lost consciousness while driving his car through the underground car park at a shopping center in the trade fair city. Luckily, this didn’t go unnoticed. Witnesses acted quickly and courageously: They grabbed a fire extinguisher and smashed the side window so that they could get the lifeless man out of the car.

A patrol from the Gunskirchen police station happened to be nearby and was able to respond quickly to the emergency call. The officers immediately began resuscitating the 76-year-old, and witnesses also supported them. A mall employee came to the rescue with a defibrillator before the man could be taken to hospital.
