A civilian patrol from the Tumeltsham foreign police checked two cars at the motorway rest area on the Innkreis motorway A8 around 9 p.m. There were three Iranian nationals (33, 41, 28) from Vienna in the vehicles. The police checked the 3 men and found that the 33-year-old had an arrest order from the Vienna Public Prosecutor’s Office and a whereabouts investigation from the Vienna Regional Court.

Five-figure cash was found in the 33-year-old’s jacket. Due to arrears at the tax office, it was immediately seized. The police arrested the 33-year-old and took away his driver’s license. The man was taken to the Ried prison.
