One of the two suddenly braked and left the B1. The second driver – a 31-year-old from Linz – stepped on the gas again: the video measurement showed an average speed of 145 km/h. After deducting the measurement tolerance, he was traveling 67 km/h too fast, according to the police in an interview with OÖN on Saturday morning.

During the inspection, the 31-year-old could only give “stupidity” as the reason. His driver’s license was temporarily taken away and his brother picked up the car registered to his father.
