It should be a fun evening that serves a good cause: On April 18th (8:30 p.m.) the Leo Club Linz-City invites you to a charity cabaret with the young Viennese comedy duo Dr. Bohl, who performs his program “Anabohlika”, enters the New Town Hall.

The net proceeds from the event will benefit a two-year-old blind boy who was born without eyeballs. The diagnosis of “anophthalmia” affects one in 100,000 newborns. The family has to regularly commute to Germany to have the eye prostheses adjusted there. Each trip costs around 1000 euros.

“As the youth organization of the Lions Clubs, it is particularly important to us to offer help where it is urgently needed. Every laugh this evening will help provide support to the family,” says Magdalena Möslinger-Gehmayr, President of the Leo Club Linz City. The Viennese comedy duo is also looking forward to being able to present their program in Linz for the first time. The fact that the whole thing is taking place for a good cause and in such hallowed halls makes it even more special. Info: leos-linzcity.at
