With a touch of melancholy, but also great anticipation, the social welfare association and the Freistadt district administration are preparing for an important personnel change in a key position. After 32 years in state service, Monika Roselstorfer is retiring. Roselstorfer most recently worked at the Freistadt district administration as head of office and head of the office of the social welfare association. She earned great merit through her willingness to take on responsibility in times of great upheaval and to take on new things with a lot of hard work and drive.
“For me, this handover of the keys is more than just a formal act. It is a moment of emotions, confidence and gratitude. The latter especially because Monika supported me so greatly in the first months of my term in office,” says Freistadt’s district governor Andrea Wildberger.
The key to the trunk line will officially be handed over to Lisa Sophia Haderer at the end of March. The designated head of office was a municipal auditor at the Perg district administration and is studying administrative management part-time at the Upper Austrian University of Applied Sciences (focus: social sector). She is also about to complete the exam to become a home manager for old people’s and nursing homes. Wildberger: “With this in-depth training and a large portion of empathy, Haderer brings a refreshing dynamic and a wide range of skills to this leadership position in our company.”
