“We want to break new ground with this project to educate our youth even better,” says Daniel Bartoszak, initiator and deputy chairman of Union Pucking, with some pride. A special talent development program was set up this season with the six-person professional coaching team myCoach 24/7 – the offer is aimed at all young footballers in the club.
Training takes place for half an hour in small groups – a maximum of four players per coach – on days when normal training also takes place. Additional journeys are therefore not necessary and there are no additional costs; this special training is offered free of charge by the club. For Bartoszak, the Union is breaking new ground in amateur football with this project and is taking a pioneering role. The project is based on the ÖFB’s talent promotion program and is supported by young sponsors: The company GT Logistik GmbH does this with financial resources, while the company BS-PrintStore takes care of the graphic and digital implementation.
Thomas Altof (FP) is also enthusiastic about the innovative approaches: “As mayor, I can only approve of it, encourage it and continue to promise my full support for the association.”
